The structure of the program and Coach Cory's emphasis on accountability -- brining your notebook, tracking daily activities, reflection exercises, personally contacting the coach if your are going to be late -- helped our son transistion from just being a "kid doing sports activities" to a much more mature young adult who is physically, socially, and emotionally prepared to work with high school coaches and trainers.
